Dr. Rob Murray is the CEO and co-founder of Transformed Leader, an organization dedicated to advancing leadership through innovative research, coaching, and consulting services tailored for mission-driven leaders, teams and organizations. Originally hailing from Cape Town, South Africa, Rob's career has been enriched by his dual focus on Business, Leadership, and Social Justice, driving him to complete a Masters in Social & Civic Entrepreneurship and a Doctorate in Transformational Leadership.

Rob engages audiences across the United States, offering transformative insights and experiences that foster growth in capacity, connection, courage, and character within both personal and professional spheres. His work notably addresses the challenges faced by so many individuals who feel they've lost their hearts and souls somewhere along the way. By sharing his journey and research, Rob challenges audiences to deepen their lives and leadership.

Rob is the host of the Talk of Change Podcast, where he delves into Emotional Intelligence and Transformative Change. He has authored pivotal books highlighting the Transformative Leadership models he has established with his partner Jack Nicholson. "The Human Operating System: Recovering the heart and soul of your leadership" and "Fighting for Heart: Why leaders are tired and what to do about it." Excitingly, he is also the co-author of an upcoming book, "Quadrant Flow," set for release in the fall of 2024, and the Quadrant Flow Assessment.
